This 34 year old patient had reported to the clinic with severe pain in her right lower molar region which was radiating to her right ear. She gave a history of similar episodes of pain and discomfort for the past one month.. The iopa radiograph of that region showed caries exposure. It was also found that the roots were curved.The case was diagnosed as acute pulpitis and root canal treatment was advised and done.
The curved roots could be well obturated with the latest state of art equipment .
