It is expected that foreign exchange earnings from tourism sector of the State will reach Rs 1820 - 1850 crores this year. In 2005, the State had earned Rs 1520 crores from 4 lakhs tourists. This year Kerala is expecting 5 lakhs tourists from abroad which is 25% more that last year. In the first quarter of this year itself 1.5 to 2 lakhs tourists have visited "God's own country"........
